These Terms of Service govern your use of the Booka x SOHO booking experience, including browsing services, requesting appointments, and attending the event. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to use the experience only for lawful, personal booking purposes.

Booka x SOHO is a limited-run event experience. Service listings, providers, availability, and event details may change as schedules evolve.

Appointments are offered subject to provider availability and confirmation. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation until the appointment is accepted or otherwise confirmed through the platform or related event communications.

You agree to provide accurate contact information, arrive on time, and follow any event-specific instructions shared before your appointment. Late arrival may shorten or forfeit your service window when timing must be preserved for other guests.

To access certain features of the Booka x SOHO platform, you may be required to create an account or provide personal information, including your name, email address, and phone number. You agree that any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it updated as needed.

By creating an account or providing your contact information to Booka x SOHO, you consent to receive communications from us by email, phone call, and text message (SMS) in connection with your account, bookings, transactions, customer support, and service-related updates.

You acknowledge and agree that we may store and use your contact information to facilitate bookings and transactions, communicate important service information, provide customer support, send updates, reminders, confirmations, and receipts, and, where permitted by law, send promotional or marketing communications.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, you may still receive non-promotional transactional or service-related messages that are necessary for your use of the platform.

We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because capacity is limited, please cancel promptly if you can no longer attend so another guest can claim the slot. Booka x SOHO may modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary because of provider availability, safety concerns, venue requirements, or operational issues.

If the event or a service must be materially changed, we may contact you using the information attached to your booking.

You are responsible for conduct that is respectful, lawful, and safe while using the site and while attending the event. We may refuse service or remove a booking if behavior threatens staff, providers, other guests, or the event environment.

You are also responsible for reviewing any suitability guidance for a service and sharing relevant information requested by a provider before treatment.

The site and event materials are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booka x SOHO disclaims warranties not expressly stated here and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at the event.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you have a concern about a booking or service experience, contact the event team so we can review it directly.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or event changes. Updated terms become effective once posted on this page with a revised effective date.
